Beekman 1802 Chai Creamed Honey is made from pure raw honey harvested from Beekman 1802 Farm, blended with real chai spices. The honey is "creamed" with our own blend of cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, cloves, cardamom & just a hint of black pepper. Try it on toast, in oatmeal, in baked goods, in tea (hot or iced,) ...even with roasted meats.
Beekman 1802 Farm is home to over 40 beehives, producing about 15,000lbs of honey a year. It takes 648 bees working a full season to produce each 9 oz jar of sweet goodness.
